As part of her usual efforts to come to the rescue of the needy and vulnerable family, Hajiya Fadima Ibrahim has distributed Ramadan giveaways to at least 30 people from Bauchi in a bid to help them overcome the economic hardship that makes life much harder for people in the state.

One of the beneficiaries told Daily Review that the Ramadan giveaway from Hajiya Fadima Ibrahim is the first financial assistance he received during this holy month of Ramadan, and the amount he got was enough to help adequately prepare for Sallah holidays.

“I did not expect the money, and I am really happy that someone came to my rescue without having to expect anything in return,” he said declining to go into details as to how much he received.

According to another beneficiary of the giveaway, if other people would emulate the unselfish nature of Hajiya Fadima Ibrahim, a lot of people would be empowered to fend for themselves.

This is not the first time Hajiya Fadima Ibrahim has been helping the needy and economically disadvantaged people in conflict zone.

It could be recalled that the Kano-based philanthropist last month distributed relief materials to the victims of terrorist attacks in areas of Zamfara state where thousands of people have been displaced as a result of the comflict.

Hajiya Fadima Ibrahim, a native of Gamawa Local Government, Bauchi is a prominent personality in Kano, and her philanthropic activities on social media has earned her the nickname Uwar talakawa due to her unwavering support for the needy.

Since the beginning of Ramadan, she has supported hundreds of people from various walks of life in Bauchi, Zamfara, Kano and many other places.

Ahmad, who was once helped by Hajiya Fadima Ibrahim during a family emergency, prayed for Allah to reward her in abundance, hoping that other donors would emulate her exemplary actions.
