Chad Basin Development Authority Strengthens Collaboration with Borno State Government

Maiduguri, 26th April 2025 – The Management of the Chad Basin Development Authority (CBDA), led by the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Alhaji Tijjani Musa Tumsah, and the Board Chairman, Professor Abdu Dauda, paid a courtesy visit to His Excellency, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, CON, FNSE, MNI, the Executive Governor of Borno State.

The visit, which took place on Saturday, 26th April 2025, aimed to foster stronger collaboration between the CBDA and the Borno State Government, aligning the Authority’s initiatives with the state’s developmental goals.

Governor Zulum warmly received the delegation and reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to partnership. During the discussions, both parties explored strategic areas for joint interventions to enhance sustainable development, improve livelihoods, and accelerate regional progress.
