Dambam group hails Tuggar appointment as FM

Dambam Education Group has hailed the appointment of Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar as Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, describing the feat as a testament to his devotion and altruistic service to humanity.

in a letter addressed to the Minister and signed by the chairman of the group, Musa Malam Lawan, Dambam Education Forum congratulated Tuggar on reaching the zenith of his diplomatic career by becoming the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

“Your achievement not only demonstrates your individual process but also reflects positively on your characters and abilities. You have shown that you possess the qualities necessary to overcome challenges and reach new heights,” the statement said.

The forum added that Tuggar’s emergence as the Minister of Foreign Affairs is a source pride to the people of Dambam, Bauchi and Nigeria as large.

“Your accomplishment is not only a source of pride for you, but also for your family friends and all those who have had the privilege of witnessing your journey. Your achievement serves as an inspiration to others, motivating them to strive for their own goals and dreams.”

The group finally wished the minister well in his new mission praying that he succeeds “in all your endeavours.”

Ambassador Yusuf Maitma Tuggar hailed from Gamawa Local Government in Bauchi and Dambam and Gamawa are natural neighbours, and the two local government share religious, cultural and historical ties. People of Dambam and Gamawa see each other as one.

Daily Review learns that H.E Yusuf Maitama Tuggar has repeatedly emphasized that the people of Dambam have a special place in his heart, and that he would continue to include Dambam in all his future projects for Bauchi.

Dambam is a strategic support base for APC, and the local government massively voted for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu during the 2023 Presidential Election in Nigeria.
