Bauchi APC sacks member over anti-party activities

Must read

Gamawa Local Government APC Chapter, Bauchi, has sacked Sirajo Dada from the party, accusing him of anti-party activities including luring party members into voting for another party which goes against the constitution of the party.

Speaking to the press in Gamawa, Bauchi, the chairman of the local chapter of the party, Alhaji Sale Sufa, accused Sirajo Dada of waging an unconventional sabotage against the party during the last presidential, and governorship elections in the state.

According to him, Sirajo Dada secretly worked with the opposition parties by encouraging the APC members to vote for other candidates than the APC candidates which prevented the party from sweeping another seat in the Bauchi State House of Assembly from Gamawa local government.

“Sirajo Dada has betrayed his party, and even though his acts of sabotage did little to stop APC from winning elections in Gamawa,” he said, calling on the people to beware of dealing with him.

Alhaji Sule also called on the APC members in and outside Bauchi state not deal with him as he has been notified of his sack, and whoever deals with him or treats him as an APC member does that at his own risk.

It would be recalled that Sirajo Dada was a key member of the APC in Gamawa, but during the last elections in the local government which saw APC winning a federal member at the House of Representatives and the state house of assembly, he was accused of betraying his loyalty to the party by working with other parties to sabotage the APC candidates.

Moreover, Alhaji Sule called on the members of the APC in Gamawa not to fall victims of misinformation and deceptive tactics as there are efforts on the ground to cause friction and disunity among the party members as the party prepares to unveil new strategies to win back the state.
