At the helm of the Borno Geographical Information Board of our state exists a beacon of determination, resilience, integrity, and compassion. The Executive Secretary of the BOGIS – Engr. Adam B. Bababe, who has loyally served the governor of our state, Prof. Babagana Umara Zullum, Mni FNSE , has shown time and time again that he is a pillar of excellence in his field, and an icon of hope and leadership for the youth of our community.

Beyond his exemplary work in managing the state’s land administration and ensuring that our state remains at the forefront of GIS technology, Bababe has consistently proven himself to be an agent of change, advocating for humanitarian causes and making a positive impact in the lives of others.

His unwavering commitment to supporting the youth in his community is a testament to his character and his belief in the potential of every individual. As a patriot, Bababe has created a plethora of employment opportunities, empowering young people to pursue their dreams and live up to their full potential.

But Engr. Bababe’s efforts extend far beyond the realm of the workforce. He is an active member of various non-governmental organizations and initiatives aiming at the eradication of poverty, supporting orphans and vulnerable individuals, and has played a pivotal role in raising awareness for critical social issues such as education, healthcare, security, and many more. His advocacy work has not only served to mobilize our community but has also helped bring about measurable change and impact in the lives of those who need it most.

Moreover, in his role as the Executive Secretary of the Borno Geographical Information Board – BOGIS, he has never lost sight of the human element within his work. He understands that behind every dataset or map lies a story and that every data point has the potential to improve the lives of people in our state. With this in mind, he has not only shown himself to be a master of land administration by geospatial technology but also to possess an innate understanding of what it means to use technology to better the use of land in the state.

Through his dedication, hard work, and collaborative spirit, the Executive Secretary has become an invaluable member of our community, a true humanitarian, and an inspiration to us all. His contributions towards promoting youth empowerment, humanitarian causes, and the advancement of GIS technology are a testament to his excellence as an Executive Secretary, and to his unwavering commitment to the well-being and prosperity of our state.

In a world that can often feel uncertain or overwhelming, it is refreshing to know that we have leaders like Bababe who are committed to putting the needs of their communities first, and who strive every day to make the world a better place. As we celebrate his achievements and his continued dedication to our state, let us also recommit ourselves to working alongside him in pursuit of a brighter, more just, and more equitable future for all.
