Borno State Chapter of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has announced Audu Kurama as Senior Special Advisor on new media.
Daily Reviews learns that Audu Abba Kurama is an experienced journalist and media practitioner who has worked in various capacities in the Nigerian media industry.
The statement read, “The Chairman Borno state council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Comrade Dauda Iliya has approved the appointment of AUDU ABBA KURAMA As Senior Special Assistant on New Media of NUJ Borno Council.
His appointment was announced by the NUJ Secretary in Borno, Mr. Chiroma who described Kurama as a seasoned journalist with many years of experience.
Kurama’s appointment as media aide to the Borno NUJ is expected to enhance the union’s media relations and communication efforts.
As media aide, Kurama will work to promote the union’s activities and provide support to journalists in the state.
The appointment is seen as a positive development for the Borno NUJ and the media industry in Nigeria.
