Police should take over Labour Party secretariat – Arabambi

Must read

The National Publicity Secretary of the Labour Party, Abayomi Arabambi has said that the party’s leadership was involved in forgery.

“What I’m about to say is going to be unprecedented in our political history. Because I know the Nigerian police will soon swoop on Labour Party national secretariat,” Arabambi said.

“I’ve written a petition to the Inspector General of Police over it, I have written to the Chief Justice of Nigeria, I have filed a suit even in Supreme Court over that matter because of the kind of person I am.

“Mr Peter Obi is a very clean individual, people that have shady characters must not be seen around him.

“Why they came out with the purported money they said I collected from Femi Gbajabiamila (Speaker of the House of Representatives) and Governor Dapo Abiodun is this: our party’s leadership was involved in forgery of court of appeal judgement to INEC. I have forwarded a petition with facts.

“I am not going to be part of that criminal faction. I’m revealing this now because I don’t want Nigerians to think it is APC or PDP that send them (the police). It is what our people did.

“Just because they wanted some candidates to run for election, they manipulated, they presented false information to the court of appeal and INEC.

“Criminal infraction doesn’t have years. At any point in time, police can knock at your door.

“And because I was involved in that matter at the federal high court, I have to quickly set the record straight.”
